As I mentioned earlier, this is a really pretty pic, good lighting and all...and love the bottle. I would have thought of saving a pretty bottle then refilling it with an oil or somethings else. Thanks for the idea, I have thrown out a lot of pretty bottles.
From traditional to mixing it up, whatever Mandy's inspiration, her food is delicious! As a child watching her mother and grandmother making fresh tortillas, to watching her father prepare freshly butchered meats, the seeds of creating latin dishes were planted.
Mandy enjoys introducing new ingredients and flavors to her food specialties ranging from paella to fajitas. Growing up in Texas City, TX since the age of three, it's no surprise that surrounding areas like Galveston and Houston have also influenced her cooking, as well as latin countries all around the world. With a variety of fresh seafood, vegetables, and more at her fingertips, she's never at a loss for fresh ingredients for her diverse menus.
With her husband, daughter, and two son's being her biggest fans, when they think of relaxing they always end up in the kitchen sampling some of her most recent creations, along with family, friends, and a good bottle of wine.
Mandy's cuisine is a combination of local and imported ingredients and culinary methods that melt together cultural traditions and heritage with exciting flavors, sure to leave your taste buds craving more. "Buen apetito!"
Cordially,
Her fans
